Returns and Refunds Policy
You have 14 days to return an item, from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received.
It must be in the original packaging.
It must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item is damaged in transit please see our Damaged Items Policy below.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you immediately on the status of your refund claim.
If your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate it against the original method of payment.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred on returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
As we make all our items to order we can only accept cancellations within 7 days of purchase.
If you have purchased a custom order you have 24 hours to cancel. After this period work may have started on a product that we will be unable to sell elsewhere.
If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact us via our email address firstname.lastname@example.org and provide photos of the damage. We are more than happy to work with you to find a solution and we will do our best to resolve the problem, whether this means replacing a part, or the whole item.
